Privacy notice

When you use the Bokit demo we record how the demo is used — what is typed, which options are chosen, and where a session ends — so we can improve the product. Bokit is the data controller for the demo. Our database is located in the EU (AWS, Stockholm), but part of the processing takes place with providers outside the EU/EEA. They are named below.

We use no advertising trackers and nothing that follows you between sites. Traffic is counted by cookieless analytics. To make the demo work, a technical session identifier is stored in your browser — it is not linked to any advertising profile. Demo interaction data is deleted after 60 days and booking details after 90, by an automated job that records what it deleted. Contact details you send us we keep until you ask us to delete them, so we can get back to you.

The demo sends what you type to Google's Gemini API to generate replies. Google may process that data in any country where it operates, including outside the EU/EEA. We never send your name, email or phone number to the model — but whatever you write in free text goes with it, so do not enter information you would not want processed that way. We also use Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Resend for email, and OpenAI for voice input; Resend and OpenAI process data in the United States. Before the service is used in live healthcare we move the AI processing to an EU region.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, and you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se). Questions or requests: hello@bokit.ai.
